Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Proprietary Funds (Enterprise) Budgets Executive Summary publication. The budgets for the Utility Fund (with each utility shown individually), the Municipal Airport, and the City Cemetery reflect the priorities of the City Council and respond to the fiscal challenges of the various Enterprise Funds.
Fiscal Year 2023 Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Executive Summary Publication. The CIP is an annual process of capital needs assessment and prioritization completed as part of Boulder City’s Asset Management Program. This five-year CIP identifies a $134.4 million plan for investment in the community’s infrastructure needs, including City streets, parks, golf courses, and utilities.
Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Fund (VERF). The VERF is used to identify the fiscal resources necessary to carry out the replacements, and the funding formula to be used when preparing the City’s annual governmental operating budgets.
