Marshals

The Boulder City Municipal Court Marshal Division is the law enforcement section of the court and is responsible for providing sentencing integrity and public safety services to the judiciary.

The division consists of two highly specialized sections; the Court Services Unit and the Field Services Unit.

Court Services Unit

The Court Services Unit is responsible for the safety and security of the Boulder City Municipal Court, its staff, judge(s), and patrons.

Field Services Unit

The Field Services Unit is responsible serving misdemeanor warrants, City Attorney subpoenas and supervising adult and juvenile misdemeanants through Alternative Sentencing options.

Location

The Marshal Division of the Boulder City Municipal Court is located inside the Court Facility and is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, by appointment only on Friday. The Marshal Division is closed on all state and federal holidays.

Warrant Information and Payment

To confirm if you have a warrant, to find out the bail amount for your warrant, or to pay for your warrant over the phone (using a Visa card, Mastercard or Discover card), please call the Court at 702-293-9278 or 702-293-9398.

Once you have verified you have a warrant and the amount due, you may also pay your warrant securely online. When filling out the form, either leave the "citation number" blank or enter your warrant case number (i.e., 12TR000008N).
